Directions: Take a daily dose , especially during the flu and allergy season to boost immune system and prevent getting sick. If you're sick, take a dose every 4 hours

Our elderberry syrup will last approximately 30-60 days in the refrigerator. You can also freeze our elderberry syrup in ice cube trays for up to 6-8 months and thaw out smaller amounts as necessary. This is a great option for those families who do not intend to use elderberry syrup on a daily basis.
